Academy Owners, my name is Gary Schill, for the last 31 plus years, I have owned, operated, and managed martial arts academies including my own academy the last 25. I have worked with academy owners for the past 5 years only in a private one off capacity. I am telling you this, not to impress you, but to impress upon you that I am not just a consultant or coach that is giving advise based upon assumptions, I am giving advise based upon daily proven systems and processes that I am experiencing just like you. I decided to start our coaching and consulting business based upon lessons we learned starting one of the first after school and summer camp programs in 1990 in my instructors academy. We also catalogued every bit of proven techniques that ensure our academy survived tragedies in 2001, financial crisis of 2008, rebuilding through the two thousand teens and of course the pandemic of 2020-2021. More importantly, I wanted academy owners to have successful proven systems that will provide success during the best of times or the leanest of times.
